Shipping policy

We offer free delivery in UAE for all order above AED 100. For orders below AED 100 we charge a standard shipping fee of AED 15. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our Boutique for shipment.

Once you get your shipping confirmation notification via Email or SMS through our delivery partner, you can track your order from their website or mobile app. Estimated delivery time ranges from 2-3 working days. Should there be any delay due to any given reason, you will be informed via phone or email regarding status of shipment.

Delivery Outside UAE

We offer International deliveries to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman And Saudi Arabia. We offer free delivery for all orders above AED 200. For Orders below AED 200, shipping charges will be reflected at the checkout screen.

We have also added select international locations ( UK, USA, Canada) and many more will be added soon. Shipping charges are as reflected at the checkout.
